Client and business contact information: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, and the details of any inquiry, consultation request, or service engagement.
Candidate information: name, contact details, work history, education, skills, certifications, language proficiency, availability, compensation expectations, and the contents of any communications with our recruiting team.
Resume and uploaded documents: resumes, CVs, cover letters, portfolios, references, identification or work authorization documents where required, and any other files you choose to submit.
Communications: the content of emails, messages, forms, and other communications you send to us.

Information We Collect Automatically

Candidate Information and Client Information

Candidate information is collected to evaluate candidates, match them with suitable opportunities, present qualified candidates to our clients, and administer placements. Client information is collected to respond to inquiries, deliver and administer our services, manage the client relationship, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.

Email and SMS: you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in each message, and you can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Details are provided in our SMS Terms and our Marketing Communications Notice.
Transactional messages: messages directly related to an active recruiting process or engagement may continue even if you opt out of marketing, to the extent permitted by law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

With clients: we share candidate information with clients for the purpose of evaluating and making placements, consistent with the Candidate Privacy Notice.
With service providers: we share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, screening, and communications, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
For legal reasons: we may share information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Bota Group, our clients, candidates, or others.
