Lola Gazivoda is the Founder and CEO of Bota Consulting Group. Born in Albania, she built her professional career serving businesses throughout New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

For nearly two decades she worked directly with business owners, investors, healthcare organizations, property management companies, and professional service firms, helping them grow, scale, and solve operational challenges.

She held executive banking leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Business & Professional Banking, advising hundreds of businesses on financing, growth strategies, operations, and long-term planning.

Today she leads Bota Consulting Group, helping organizations build dependable teams while creating opportunities for talented professionals throughout the Balkans.

Lola has received numerous professional recognitions, including Westchester’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars, and has been featured on business, leadership, and economic development panels throughout the region.
