The questions we get asked before anyone signs anything.
Cost, contracts, vetting, security, hours and the specifics of each industry, answered plainly. If your question is not here, ask it directly and a New York partner will answer in writing.
General
Bota Group is a New York–based managed outsourcing and workforce-services partner. We identify and vet qualified professionals, coordinate the client approval process, establish and administer the engagement, and provide ongoing service and engagement support. Clients contract directly with Bota for the delivery of services rather than directly hiring or contracting with the individual professional.
Bota is headquartered at 75 S. Broadway, 4th Fl, White Plains, NY 10601, with a recruiting and operations presence in Albania. Your contract, Bota Lead and escalation path stay in the United States.
One fixed monthly fee, scoped to the role. It covers professional sourcing, engagement administration, payment coordination, workspace, hardware, applicable compliance support, local engagement support and your New York Bota Lead, and typically runs up to 60% below the true cost of a comparable U.S. hire. You get your exact figure on a free scoping call. We do not publish the number, because the right figure depends on the role and we would rather give you a real one for your role than a headline you have to negotiate down from.
Résumés for most roles arrive within two business days of an agreed scope. Highly specific positions, such as niche software, licensing or sector experience, can take up to five business days, and we tell you that up front.
Yes. Bota sources, tests and meets every candidate in person, then presents a shortlist. You meet the proposed professionals and approve the individual you believe is the best fit for the engagement.
A full U.S. business day, aligned to EST or PST depending on your team. Your team works when your business works. There is no partial-overlap handoff model.
A named Bota Lead in White Plains, New York. One U.S. phone number, one owner, and one escalation path. Never an offshore queue.
Salary, payroll and taxes, recruitment, workspace, hardware, connectivity, compliance, local supervision and your New York Bota Lead. You add no benefits, equipment or severance to your books.
Before day one we provision hardware, credentials and least-privilege access with your IT, and document the recurring tasks as SOPs. Most professionals are working inside your systems in their first week and independent within the first month.
Albania gives us a deep, university-educated and English-fluent professional talent pool inside a European business environment, familiar with Western markets and able to work full U.S. business hours. It is still relatively underrepresented in U.S. outsourcing, which is precisely why the talent is exceptional and the relationships last.
Bota coordinates the response to service-quality or engagement concerns and provides reassignment or replacement support when appropriate under the engagement terms.
No. Seats run month to month per professional, so you can scale up or down as volume shifts.

Written and spoken English are assessed before a candidate is shortlisted. Albania has a large university-educated, English-fluent professional workforce, and client-facing communication is a standard part of most roles.
You get one carefully selected professional focused on your engagement rather than a shared or gig resource, a named U.S. Bota Lead rather than a ticket queue, and in-person vetting rather than a forwarded profile.
